    Our Concierge operates in close collaboration with the on-site Facilities Manager and Caretaker, ensuring not only resident concierge services but also extending access to comprehensive building management services. This collaborative approach guarantees a seamless and enhanced experience for all residents.

  • Caretaking

    Directly employed by Fortstone, our cleaners are highly trained and upskilled. Fortstone places significant emphasis on the crucial role of our cleaning personnel, whom we proudly designate as caretakers within the building operations team.

    Our caretakers undergo comprehensive training and heightened awareness to proactively identifying and addressing maintenance issues, flagging security concerns, and prioritising resident wellness as part of day-to-day duties.

    Regular internal and external training is provided to our caretakers to ensure they possess the knowledge to discern and apply the most suitable cleaning equipment and products. This meticulous approach guarantees that optimal cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently maintained with sustainability at the core of every task.
